Getting to the hotel
By car, train, bus or plane, there are many ways to get to RockyPop! We invite you to visit our dedicated page for more information.

Can I use a promotional code to book?
Of course! You don't need to be a subscriber to pay less. Take advantage of a 10% discount on your stay with the code ROCKY.
Does the hotel have a transfer service?
We can arrange your transfer from Geneva airport to the RockyPop Hotel and back. Please contact our concierge service at chamonix@rockypop.com for more information.
Can I park at the hotel?
Yes, we have an outdoor car park available free of charge. Subject to availability when you arrive.
Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?
Yes, we accept holiday vouchers but only on site. It is not possible to use holiday vouchers to pay the deposit.
Is the hotel child-friendly?
Yes, the Rocky is ultra kid friendly! We are proud to have been awarded the Famille Plus label.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
No, it is strictly prohibited to smoke within RockyPop Hotel, whether in communal areas or in your rooms. Smoking risks a fine of €150.
Can my pet come too?
Pets are not permitted at RockyPop Hotel, except for guide dogs.
Does the hotel have air conditioning/heating?
We have an air conditioning/heating system in communal areas and rooms.
The heating operates in winter and the air conditioning in summer. A perfect temperature year-round!
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Master Card, cash or holiday vouchers.
Will my room be cleaned during my stay?
Your room will be cleaned every day between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. Prefer to have your room cleaned at a specific time? We can do that! Please let our staff at reception know your preferred time when you check in or during your stay.
Does the hotel have internet?
Always! Our hotel has free wifi throughout the hotel and two computers for guest use.
Can I listen to the radio in my room?
Keep your finger on the pulse, even while staying at RockyPop! The TV in your room offers a wide range of French and foreign radio stations.
Do the TVs have several channels and movies?
It’s like being at the cinema! Each room has a TV with several channels (multiple languages available) and a free on demand movie service.
When can I check in?
Your room will be ready from 3 pm.
In a hurry? It may be possible for you to check in early, depending on hotel occupancy. If not, you can always safely store your luggage at the hotel. In addition to the hotel’s leisure facilities (bar, ping-pong, petanque, etc.) we also provide a shower room, hot drinks (tea and coffee) and wifi internet.
Something unexpected or a late arrival? Our hotel is open 24 hours a day.
When do I check out?
All good things must come to an end... check-out time is at 11:00.
Want to take your time? Notify reception when you check in so they can arrange a late check-out* at no extra cost.
*Late check-out may not be available when the hotel is busy.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel? (before check-in/after check-out)
Of course! We offer a secure left luggage service.
Is the hotel near public transport?
Yes, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel (bus stop ‘Le Pont’, direction Les Houches). A bus comes past regularly* throughout the day, every day. Year round!
*Bus frequency: every 30 minutes, every day except during the shoulder season when it is every hour on Sundays and bank holidays.
Do I have to pay for public transport?
Public transport is not free, but rest assured that with your carte d'hôte, you can take advantage of free travel on the Mont-Blanc Express train between Servoz and Vallorcine, as well as preferential bus fares!
Don't forget to ask for your card at reception on arrival.
Can I buy my ski pass at the hotel?
No need to queue at the ticket office any more, simply buy your ski pass at our hotel reception.
Can I hire/buy my equipment at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own ski shop. Whether you need equipment or accessories, you can get it all in one spot!
You can even book equipment online through our website to enjoy exclusive discounts.
Can I store my equipment at the hotel?
A ski locker service is available during the winter season. No need to clutter your room with your equipment!
What time is breakfast?
The breakfast buffet is available from 6:30am to 10:00am on weekdays and from 6:30am to 11:00am at weekends. You're in for a treat!
Unless otherwise stated, breakfast is not included with the room.
What time is dinner?
Our restaurant is open from 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm. We recommend you book your table in advance by calling us or sending us an email.
What time is the bar open?
Our bar is open daily from 4.00 pm to midnight (last orders at 11.45 pm). You have ample time to savour one of our many cocktails!
Enjoy happy hour every day, from 5 pm to 7pm.
